  I am so pleased with my experience at Big Dog Pawn in West Jordan. I drove up from St. George looking specifically for a guitar for my daughter. We fell in love with a guitar at the store and they went above and beyond to take care of us. I highly recommend this pawn shop if your on the search for a specific item.   Big dog pawn is the only pawnshop that I will do business with. The customer service I have received from Randy, Scott and Trever has been phenomenal in comparison to other pawnshops. From getting pawn loans to making purchases big dog pawn is the best.

  I have been going to this shop for over a decade. Everyone there is great, very personable and ready to make you a good deal. On one occasion there was a small problem with an item I bought and they made it right. I buy with confidence from Big Dawg because they price fairly and take care of their customers.

  My friend and I always passed by here and never stopped to go in. We decided to come in on a Saturday and we met Scott who I think was the owner or boss there, he gave me And my friend a silver dollar free of charge just because he wanted too! He was a great guy and totally honest about his sales. 10/10 recommend dropping in even if it's just to look around! Got a lot of cool stuff inside!

  These guys are just awesome! You feel a friendly atmosphere as you enter. This is a genuine vibe put off by every employee in the building. I was treated like family. Their not greedy, rude, overwhelming or pissy like your stereotypical pawn broker. They are very reasonable with hagglings, well educated individuals, down to earth, but most of all. Fun! I know what pawn shop I call home. BIG DOG!
