  We have been banking at this branch for over 10 years. I will go out of my way to go to this one. Even if one is closer to where I am. Everyone is friendly and always ask me how I'm doing. They were a very big help when I bought my house three years ago. I would recommend them to everyone. I will admit that we have had some problems with our account. But they were happy to help us get it fixed.

  Couldnt cash a check Because they had to call my work to verify and obviously my work wouldnt just give it to me if it wasn't verified to give to me

  Apparent thief and exploiter of consumers. For over a year I have pleaded with Wells Fargo to take responsibility for their several actions beginning with a what I had presumed was a simple transaction error involving my accounts. They refused to correct their mistakes and stole money from me. I had to close my accounts to stop further theft, which caused tremendous damages to me. In response to a BBB complaint, they falsely blamed me for their wrong doing. They have harassed me via email and mail in violation of federal law. They refused to show documentation of the original transaction after multiple requests, and I finally had to conclude, reasonably based on their behavior, that they hid or destroyed the evidence showing they were wrong. A teller's mistakes would have been excusable if fixed. Wells Fargo appears to think they can do anything they wish without penalty due to their size; assume a simple consumer won't challenge their bad behavior; and continue to behave like a bully. I challenge the bully in the name of justice, personal rights, and for the good of consumers.

  I was one of three names on a savings account, and one of the other people on the account closed it. I was the "primary" on the account so I got the related follow up customer service email, but not primary enough to be consulted before the account was closed. I had automatic payments related to the account that were in turn effected by the closing of the account. I responded to the customer service email that I wasn't happy with the service, and the response was an indifferent reply about their policies from the branch manager. Also there was some ridiculousness about to remove one name all 3 people would have to be in the same office, but to close the account any 1 person could do it with no additional consent from the other 2 parties. I have been using Wells Fargo for 25+ years with at least 8 different accounts and services being used. I'm generally happy with their service, but this experience was poor.

  BEWARE OF BLAINE!! AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS Went in to deposit a pretty good amount of money so I could pay bills. As a single mother having This money right away was important because I needed to buy diapers and other things for my children. I dealt with Blaine who seemed to be confused at first which should've been my first clue! He failed to tell me that my money wouldn't even be available to me until the next day. It was in super small print in the receipt! But he still could've pointed it out to me. So When I went back to see if there was something they could do. I spoke with Katie and she gave me attitude from the beginning and when she went back to talk to Blaine his response to my question was well she can read can't she?! UMMM HORRIBLE customer service on your part Blaine. When my money becomes available I will be back in there to remove it and take my business elsewhere. Absolutely over Wells Fargo's bullshit!!
